The MindCapture consultants are experts in improving or updating your actual quality plan (QualityCapture), adding digital layers to your research (DataCapture) and sharpening your business plan (BusinessCapture). MindCapture's focus is set on labs, CROs, biotech, pharma and medical devices.
We are a fast growing company, combining scientific knowledge and industry embedding, with high talent recruitment and project outsourcing. In order to attract new customers but also to reinforce our recruitment team, we are looking for that person who can act as a business developer (customer oriented) and act as an effective recruiter (candidate oriented).

For the division Talent, we are looking for an account manager and recruitment consultant.
This ultimate combination: you are in close contact with great companies, start ups, scale ups and corporate. Once you have succeeded in attracting new deals, you will also strive for customer satisfaction by looking to the right candidates in our en your network. This way, you leverage your knowledge (we better understand the job, because we have done the job), your network and your sales capabilities.
As the account manager for MindCapture, you make a connection to those companies or healthcare institures who realy have difficulties in finding the right candidate in a specific niche expertise. You are eager to help them complete their team, in order to be have impact on the growth of that specific customer. We operate on high and international level. This way, you encounter key opinion leaders in the field of life sciences.
Once the deal is closed, you take up your role as a talent detective - tapping into all kind of talent pools while having access to (world)wide networks, tools and resources. Once you have spotted people with potential, you try to get in touch and engage with these candidates on a highly personalised way. Then you will have in-depth interviews and present them to your customers or colleagues for follow up, after you have learned about the candidate's aspirations and interests.
