MindCapture's focus is set on labs, CROs, biotech, pharma and medical devices.

Job description:

We are a fast growing company, combining scientific knowledge and industry embedding, with high talent recruitment and project outsourcing. In order to attract new customers but also to reinforce our recruitment team, we are looking for that person who can act as a business developer (customer oriented) and act as an effective recruiter (candidate oriented).

We at MindCapture take its time to get to know you personally through open interviews and we are there to support you and to give you there right training when necessary.

For the division Talent, we are looking for an account manager and recruitment consultant.

This ultimate combination: you are in close contact with great companies, start ups, scale ups and corporate. Once you have succeeded in attracting new deals, you will also strive for customer satisfaction by looking to the right candidates in our en your network. This way, you leverage your knowledge (we better understand the job, because we have done the job), your network and your sales capabilities.

As the account manager for MindCapture, you make a connection to those companies or healthcare institures who realy have difficulties in finding the right candidate in a specific niche expertise. You are eager to help them complete their team, in order to be have impact on the growth of that specific customer. We operate on high and international level. This way, you encounter key opinion leaders in the field of life sciences.

Once the deal is closed, you take up your role as a talent detective - tapping into all kind of talent pools while having access to (world)wide networks, tools and resources. Once you have spotted people with potential, you try to get in touch and engage with these candidates on a highly personalised way. Then you will have in-depth interviews and present them to your customers or colleagues for follow up, after you have learned about the candidate's aspirations and interests. 

Some tasks detailed:

  • As an account manager, you will have daily contacts with our existing customer base and look for promising new contacts in Benelux.
  • As a recruiter consultant at MindCapture, you will have the daily challenge to find and get in touch with people for medium and high-level positions in the life science sector in Benelux and abroad.
  • As an  account manager/recruiter consultant, it is your mission to connect candidates with companies and companies to candidates, to detect projects and opportunities which expand performances of both companies as candidates.
  • As part of our highly motivated team, you will be a trusted support for our colleagues, candidates and for our customers.
  • You will stay updated of new trends, events and topics in life sciences.  Content matters to us. You will closely work together with our content team, that offers high level consulting in quality management (QualityCapture), data management (DataCapture) and business development (BusinessCapture). You will even be involved in the business development of these services.

Requested competences and skills:

  • You have a bachelor or a master degree in science, engineering or medical environment.
  • You have some years of experience in a life science company or in a healthcare insititute.
  • You have some experience in sales or in recruitment. Affinity with customer satisfaction is a must. Willingenss and the competence to become an effective sales person is a must.
  • Good knowledge and network in the life sciences or health tech industry is an important asset.
  • You are an analytical and resourceful individual with a passion for sciences, sales and recruitment.
  • You like to develop relationships, and you have the ability to understand the ambitions of our customers and candidates.
  • Strong empathy is a must. 
  • We appreciate people who bring an entrepreneurial spirit and who not only bring innovative ideas, but who also implement the projects up to the last detail.
  • You are a professional; you can adapt to different kinds of environments. 
  • You have excellent writing and oral skills in Dutch and English. French is a plus. 
  • You think and act fast. 
  • You can multitask and coop with different kind of projects at one time. 
  • You co-think with your colleagues to take the best decisions in order to achieve the best results. 
  • Excellent knowledge of Dutch and English. French is a plus!
  • Willing to travel in Flanders
