The company is actively looking for a candidate responsible for managing and executing inside sales. We are looking for someone skilled in lead and opportunity generation for the company's preclinical imaging solutions. This role will report to the sales team leader and work closely with the other international sales experts and the application support team to further establish the business worldwide.
The target is to address the academic, pharmaceutical and biotech markets proactively and raise awareness about their preclinical imaging solutions. Candidates must preferably have experience or high interest in the (pre)sales of capital equipment in a research environment and be highly motivated individuals. The job requires occasional travel abroad to attend conferences (up to 20 days/year).
The Inside Sales Representative (ISR) is responsible for successfully positioning and selling company products professionally and creatively worldwide. The job involves engaging and qualifying new leads, positioning of the company's products in order to provide solutions to their projects and business needs, partnering closely with field-based members of the sales team that are in pursuit of common sales goals. The ISR role is exciting and challenging as you have the opportunity to work with top academic institutions, research centers, and business organizations around the world utilizing your scientific knowledge and lab experience while selling products for the upcoming world leader in molecular imaging. This ISR role will require daily presence at the Belgian headquarters, located in Meetdistrict, Ghelamco Arena, Ghent.
